Rentals and Sales
The provision of CPAP therapy can only be prescribed by a recognised sleep or respiratory physician, Peninsula Sleep Laboratory will not supply anyone who does not have an appropriate prescription.
CPAP Rentals:
The rental of CPAP equipment is only available to patients who have had a sleep study through Peninsula Sleep Laboratory.
Peninsula Sleep Laboratory has a range of CPAP machines (fixed pressure and automatic all with humidifiers) and different types of masks including but not limited to nasal masks, full face masks and nasal pillows of various sizes.
Peninsula Sleep Laboratory's CPAP machines and masks are available for a limited rental period.
$110/month for 1-2 months ($66 machine and $44 rental)
$160 3rd month
No long term rentals are available.
A security deposit of $300 is required (refunded when equipment returned) when you sign/agree to the rental agreement.
Rental period includes consultation (phone calls and follow up appointments) and advice from trained CPAP therapists to ensure the best care whilst initiating your CPAP therapy.
Further details of CPAP rentals are provided at the time of the pressure determination study.
It is necessary to have an appointment. Please phone for any inquiries, no drop in patients will be seen.

CPAP Sales:
Peninsula Sleep Laboratory can offer an extensive range of CPAP equipment for purchase. It is essential to call the Laboratory in regards to availability as not all items are kept in stock. Orders for out of stock items can be filled with minimal delay. All purchases must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
There is no obligation to purchase through the Laboratory, our appointments and rental processes are designed to help you successfully start CPAP therapy. If you do purchase through the Laboratory, the following benefits are offered:
1.You can book appointments in the CPAP Clinic to receive advice from trained CPAP therapists at no charge. This is often very important in the initial stages of CPAP therapy and helps to resolve any issues you are having quickly.
2.You have access to the major brands of CPAP equipment so you can trial different machines and masks before you have to purchase.
3.You can contact the Laboratory to receive over the phone advice on any issues you are having with CPAP.

If you purchase elsewhere:
If you do decide to purchase your equipment elsewhere, you are more than welcome to book an appointment in the CPAP clinic to resolve any issues or get your machine downloaded. However, please note there will be a consultation fee for your appointment.$50 for a half an hour appointment.
Payments can be made by cheque, cash, MasterCard, Visa & Debit Cards only (AMEX, Diners and other cards are not accepted). All equipment must be paid for on day of purchase.
